Upon receiving your order, Wee Cozy will send to your email address an electronic invoice to confirm your purchase. It is strictly important that you provide your correct email address when you place your order for confirmation of your order. Your email address is also important for facilitating contact with our customer service in the future. At the same time, the order confirmation serves as your proof of purchase.

However, depending on the car and bank you use, you may have additional free charged by the bank. Our bank reserves the right to cancel your order if failure to receive payment after a certain period.
All the prices you see in the website include Value Added Tax based on the applicable laws. Please remember that if your order’s shipment is to an address outside of the US, there are taxes and import duties to which it may be subject, which the Customs collect when your shipment reaches the delivery address.
You are responsible for the payment of these taxes and import duties. Wee Cozy does not hold any control over the taxes and tariff charges, as different countries have different import laws and charges. As such, we cannot predict how much they will charge. Wee Cozy will likely report cases of orders made using another person’s name without the consent of the person to proper authorities. The company has the right to change prices in the site, correct if there are incorrect prices on any orders and correct prices in the final sales. If your order’s price is incorrect, we may feel compelled to cancel thus order. We will refund any amount paid in the best way possible.
Delivery and Cancellations
Wee Cozy, ships worldwide with deliveries made by cooperating with different postal services within the timeframe of 24 to 72 hours. We ship in all parts of Europe, in Asia and North America. The shipping time varies on the country of delivery, which you can refer to in International Shipping page.
Standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days (in certain countries). Express shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days (in certain countries) with additional costs. Customs charges for Delivered Duties Unpaid shipments are the responsibility of the customer. The customer holds the right to cancel purchases and return the delivered items.
In returning items, customers need to contact Wee Cozy within the specified timeframe for Refunds and Exchange. Customers may return the products within the specific timeframe provided they remain unpacked and in good condition similar to when they first received the product.
The customer holds the responsibility for the costs and risks of returning the product and shipping it back to our warehouse. In cases with delayed delivery where the customer no longer want to fulfill your order, it is their responsibility to cancel their order. Any cancellation is not valid until Wee Cozy received a confirmation from the customer, by either email or phone.
In cases of product that became discontinued, Wee Cozy holds the right of cancelling the order and providing the customer of a refund of the amount paid. If there is available replacement or any equivalent product, Wee Cozy can and will notify the customer in case he or she wishes to avail.
Wee Cozy holds the right for adjusting prices, specifically on additional costs, product offers as well as changes in product information, including product pictures, even without notice. The available product information and images reflect the product as best as possible. Our company reserves the right if there are any errors appearing on the page.

If you have any complaints, please do so in our customer service. For us to best attend to your complaints, we advise that you provide the order number and the reason for your complaint about product
When we receive your complaint, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible with the instructions for returning the item as well as to anymore of your concerns. When you return faulty products to Wee Cozy, please treat them as if these items do not have any flaws and ship them carefully. No matter the type of return, it is important that every item shipped has careful packaging so it will not sustain any damage while on transit.
If Wee Cozy do not find any fault or errors with the returned items, our company holds the right of replacing them with the same model of items. In the case of discontinued products, Wee Cozy will provide the customer with full refund.
